CHANE KI DAAL KA HALWA



TARQEEB
Phele chane ki daal ko obaalein aur  usko pees lein uske baad 3 cup ghee aur kooti vi elaichi dal kar aur peesi vi chane ki daal bhi shamil kar lein  aur 1 ghantte ke baad usmein cheeni bhi dal dein aur jab who brown ho jaye usmein zarde ka rang bhi shamil kar lein phir uske baad sukha meva dal kar chula band kar dein

AJZAA
Chane ki daal        aadha kilo
Ghee                    3 cup
Cheeni                 aadha kilo
Sukha meva         hasb e zarurat
Choti elaichi         7
Zarde ka rang      1 chammach
