1 cup oil mein peyaz ki halka lal kar lien gosht , adarak, lahasan aur haldi dal kar ek glass pani dal kar dhak din bhoonein ke doraan gobi dal dein jab oil alag nazar aane lage aur masale mix ho jayen to 5 ya 10 minte dump par rakh dein upper se peesa  garam masala dal dein

Namak                              hasb e zaiqa

Tamatar                            1 pao
Oil                                    1 cup
